2. What this site is

We publish travel guides, route ideas and planning tips. We do not sell, book or operate travel packages, flights, accommodation or insurance, and we are not a travel agency. We do not receive commissions from providers we mention. All information is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or the availability of any service.

3. Use of the site

• Use the site lawfully and for personal, non-commercial planning.
• Do not copy, resell or republish our content without written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.

4. Personal data

If you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address and message solely to answer your request, based on your consent under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@xelorise.com.

6. Consumer rights and complaints

Your rights and the mandatory information about our services are governed by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII. To submit a complaint, email contact@xelorise.com with your name, contact details and a description of the issue. We acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and reply within 30 calendar days.
