2. No affiliation with government bodies
We are a private company. We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, tourism board or visa centre, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any such body. Country and destination names are used for descriptive purposes only.
3. Information, prices and availability
Descriptions, prices, schedules and availability are indicative until confirmed in writing in your booking, and may change. They are not a substitute for official sources: verify visa, entry, health and safety requirements with the relevant embassy or authority before travelling. We may correct errors and update information at any time.
4. Consumer rights and complaints
Your consumer rights are governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. Send complaints to contact@xelorise.com with your booking reference. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and answer within 30 calendar days.
