Two coasts, one week: Antalya against the Red Sea, decided on figures.
Planner / 01
Seven answers are enough. The planner weighs your month and hub against sea temperatures and flight hours, then names the coast that holds up. The full scoring rules sit in the criteria table.
Four coast-and-month combinations ordered by sea temperature and flight block time. Figures are monthly averages, not daily forecasts.
Showing the four strongest matches for a July week from Warsaw.
Warmest water at 28°C.
Holds 27°C with the shortest block time.
27°C in October, crowds gone.
Quiet reef coast, longest block time.
Block times are measured from Warsaw, Katowice, Chisinau and Bucharest. Departures from Ukrainian airports are not currently available. Kid-club ages and hotel ratings are published by the resorts and have not been inspected independently; where the data does not separate the coasts, the criterion is written as level.
The planner ranks coast and month pairs from a fixed dataset, not from a live booking feed. It answers one question: which week on which coast is the easiest first beach holiday for a family with young children.
Caution: no figure here replaces a consulate visa check, a full read of your travel insurance, or medical advice.
Each criterion on the criteria winners page names a winner or states level, so you can see where the two coasts genuinely split. To change your inputs, return to the planner form.

Sea temperature, flight block times and kids-club age bands are the three figures readers query most. Send the number you doubt, the month it applies to, and the source you checked against, and it is re-verified against the same monthly data the planner reads.
